There are currently 3 options to check your Fibre broadband data balance
MyMTN App
- Launch MyMTN app
- Select Broadband to check available balance
Click here to download the MyMTN app
USSD
- Dial *5057# on the paired/linked MTN number
- Select option 3 "Check Balance"
- Select option 2 for Voice Balance
- Balance will be displayed
Web portal
Click here to visit the Fibre Broadband web portal
- Login with paired MTN number or paired email address
- Enter four zeroes “0000”
- An OTP will be triggered either via SMS or email
- Enter OTP as pin to login to the Broadband Portal
- Select INFO
- Choose Airtime to check your airtime balance
- Choose Bundle to check your data bundle balance
