How to Initiate a Reversal
- Dial *170#
- Select Option 6: My Wallet
- Choose Option 8: Reversal
- Select the transaction you want to reverse
- Confirm your request
Once submitted, the recipient will receive a prompt asking them to approve the reversal. If they do, the money will automatically be returned to your wallet. Quick, simple, and all under your control!
What if They Don’t Approve?
No problem! Just email us at customercare.gh@mtn.com with the transaction details.
We’ll hold the money in their wallet and begin the normal reversal process to get your funds back.
