You can retrieve your PUK code using any of the following convenient options
Click the link below to download the MyMTN App, select profile to access your PUK
Click https://mymtn.mtn.com.gh/cB5t/ChatBot to download myMTN App.
Option 1: Chat with Zigi
- Chat with Zigi on WhatsApp via 0554300000
- Select "Request for OTP" or "Continue as Guest"
- Choose "Get puk"
Option 2: Use Self-Service Menu
- Dial *1333#
- Select 1 – Access Services
- Enter your current Self-Service PIN
- Select 4 – Get your puk
- Select 1 – Request for puk for self
- Select 1 – Confirm puk request
- Enter your Self-Service PIN
