How do I get my puk?

You can retrieve your PUK code using any of the following convenient options

Click the link below to download the MyMTN App, select profile to access your PUK

Click https://mymtn.mtn.com.gh/cB5t/ChatBot to download myMTN App.

Option 1: Chat with Zigi

• Chat with Zigi on WhatsApp via 0554300000
• Select "Request for OTP" or "Continue as Guest"
• Choose "Get puk"

Option 2: Use Self-Service Menu

1. Dial *1333#
2. Select 1 – Access Services
3. Enter your current Self-Service PIN
4. Select 4 – Get your puk
5. Select 1 – Request for puk for self
6. Select 1 – Confirm puk request
7. Enter your Self-Service PIN
