Requesting for your agent/merchant mobile money statement has been made a lot easier! You only have to ensure you request statement on the same number used for requesting the merchant sim then follow the steps below to request your statement.
- Dial *170# on the subscriber number
- Select option 6 My Wallet and then 5 Statements
- select option 2 and follow prompts to select My Agent or Merchant Statement
- The accounts paired to the number are displayed for you to select the preferred account
- You will receive a prompt to enter and confirm your email as well.
- You enter the Start Date of request (Duration allowed is 2 years from request date)
- You enter the End Date of request (Date should not be later than current date)
- Confirm request with 1
- You will receive a prompt to select the preferred account in which the service fee of GHC0.10 or 10p should be deducted.
- The deduction can be made from either the Subscriber MoMo account or Merchant Account
- You will receive a prompt to confirm MOMO and 0.10p will be deducted.
- Email is delivered to the email address
NB: There is a charge of 0.10p for the first four requests of the day. The subsequent request will attract a charge of 0.50p
