How do I request for a Mobile Money statement ?

We continue to make your Mobile Money statement request easy! There are two options now available;

MyMTN App

1. Launch MyMTN App
2. Select MoMo feature
3. Enter MoMo pin
4. Enter OTP
5. Select My Wallet
6. Select detail statement 
7. Enter email address
8. Confirm email address
9. Enter start date of statement
10. Enter end date
11. Authorization message will pop up to enter pin 

Click For Android to download the MyMTN app for Android

Click For iPhone  to download the MyMTN app for iPhone

1. Dial *170#
2. Select option 6 'My Wallet'
3. Select option 5 ' Statements'
4. Select option 1 'Statement Request'
5. Select option 1 for Detail Statement
6. Enter current email address
7. Confirm email address
8. Enter start Date of Request (Day Month Year)
9. Enter end Date of Request (Day Month Year) Y
10. Statement will be sent to your email shortly after request
