Getting started with an eSIM is simple and convenient!

Here’s what to do:

  1. Fill out the eSIM Request Form by clicking this link:

  2. Once you’ve submitted the form, you’ll receive a ticket number.
  3. Kindly send the ticket number to us at customercare.GH@mtn.com so we can assist you with the next steps.

We’ll take it from there and guide you through the activation process
