How do I choose my preferred Premium under Allianz4Life Policy?

Simply dial *170# and choose the following options:

1. Select option 5 for Financial Services
2. Select option 5 for Insurance
3. Select option 2 for Allianz4Life
4. Select option 1 for Purchase insurance

Select the Premium of your choice and enter 1 to confirm or 2 to Cancel
