B-Health Single covers just the policy holder between the ages of 18 to 69

B – Health joint covers the policy holder (18 to 69) and one insured relative (0 to 69)

B-Health family covers the policy holder (18 to 69) and spouse and children (0 to 69).

B-Health family plus covers the policy holder (18 to 69) plus spouse, children, parents and parents-in-laws (0 to 69).
