How do I request for a statement for MiWay Insurance?

To request for a statement simply ;

1. Dial *165#

2. Select option 2 - Check Status

3. Select option 7 - Request Statement

 NB: A flash notification will be displayed with the transaction records. An SMS will also be sent with the statement details.
