How can I upgrade my MoMo wallet limit?

You can increase your MoMo wallet limit using our self-service option from minimum to medium. Follow the steps below to proceed:

1. Dial *170#
2. Select Option “6” for My Wallet
3. Select Option “7” Upgrade Profile Type
4. Select Source Of Funds
5. Enter Next Of Kin’s Name
6. Enter Next Of Kin’s Number
7. Select “1” to confirm or “2” to cancel
8. Enter MoMo Pin to Confirm
9. Your profile will be upgraded

If you want to upgrade from medium to maximum, Simply click on https://mtncustomeronlinerequest.mtn.com.gh/

1. Enter your phone number to receive OTP
2. Select MoMo Enhancement Form
3. Fill the form and upload a picture of a valid ID card
4. Upload a Utility Bill in your name or Bank statement in your name or Notarized Tenancy agreement
5. Click on submit
6. An SMS will be sent with Ticket Number
