New MTN Hello World Tariffs (Bundles & PayG)

1. The new MTN HelloWorld tariffs will increase the number of countries in which customers travelling the world can connect to their family and friends, business associates etc.

2. The tariffs include both bundles and pay-as-you-go.

3. It is applicable to both PM & PAYG customers.

4. Subscribers will have the option to buy bundles per the offer indicated.

5. Subscribers can use the offer on a pay-as-you-go service, per the offers indicated.

6. Pay-as-you-go tariffs are applicable to both PAYG & PM customers. Customers will be charged
on the go, on using our services.

7. Bundle tariffs are applicable to both PAYG & and PM customers. However, bundle purchase for PM
is pending the enablement of roaming on the Hybrid Account (ongoing project).

8. Tariffs and bundles are per 8 zones (MTN zones, etc.), as indicated in the next tabs.

9. Bundle tariffs will be accessible on USSD (*550#). Soon on MyMTN app.

10. Countries included in this tariff package are seen in the tab - labeled 'Applicable Destination Zones'.

11. All voice calls are stated in per minute with a charging principle of per 60secs incremental, SMS stated
per count, and data stated per MB with a charging principle of 10 KB incremental. principle of 10 KB incremental.

12. Bundles do not expire.
