Need your Merchant MoMo statement? Get it straight from your phone—no queues, no hassle!
Just make sure you're using the same number linked to your Agent or Merchant registration.
For MoMo Merchants:
Follow these steps to request your Merchant statement:
- Dial *170#
- Select 6 – My Wallet
- Choose 5 – Statements
- Select 2 – Agent or Merchant Statement
- Choose the Merchant account linked to your number
- Enter your MoMo PIN
- Enter and confirm your email address
- Enter the Start Date (up to 2 years from today)
- Enter the End Date (must be today or earlier)
- Confirm the request by selecting 1
✅ Your Merchant statement will be sent to your email.
