 Who Can Join?

The promo is open to all MTN prepaid customers (excluding MoMo agents, merchants, retailers, and credit transfer agents).
Note: MTN staff are not eligible for this promo.

How to Join the Promo

1. Open your MyMTN App and tap “MTN Rewards” on the home screen (or go to “More” and select it).
2. Click the Father’s Day Promo banner.
3. Browse the available gifts and choose your favourite.
4. Select a pickup location (MTN Experience Center) for after the promo ends.
5. View how many points are needed, check your balance, and tap “Confirm” to redeem.
6. You’ll get a success message in the app and an SMS confirmation from MTN.

📌 Important Terms

• Redeemed items must be collected within 30 days after the promo ends.
