Need your MoMo statement or call records? MTN now offers a secure and convenient platform that allows you to request, view, and download your account statements anytime.

What You Can Access

The Statement Request platform currently provides:

• MoMo Statements – available for Customers, Agents, and Merchants
• Call Records

How to Get Started

1. Visit the registration page: https://statements.mtn.com.gh/login
2. Register with your phone number and create a password.
3. You will receive an OTP on your registered number.
4. Enter the OTP to verify your account and access the platform.

How to Request a Statement

1. Select your preferred start date and end date.
2. Click “Request Statement.”
3. You will receive an SMS notification when your statement is ready.
4. Log back into the platform to view or download your statement.

Key Features

• Custom Date Selection: Choose the exact time period you need.
• Advanced Search Filters: Filter by transaction ID or phone number.
• Flexible Access: View statements online or download them for later use.

Important Notice

• All successfully completed requests will be available for 24 hours only. After this period, you will need to submit a new request.
• You can access call records for up to 30 days.
• You can access MoMo statements for up to 3 months (90 days).
