What You Can Access
The Statement Request platform currently provides:
- MoMo Statements – available for Customers, Agents, and Merchants
- Call Records
How to Get Started
- Visit the registration page: https://statements.mtn.com.gh/login
- Register with your phone number and create a password.
- You will receive an OTP on your registered number.
- Enter the OTP to verify your account and access the platform.
How to Request a Statement
- Select your preferred start date and end date.
- Click “Request Statement.”
- You will receive an SMS notification when your statement is ready.
- Log back into the platform to view or download your statement.
Key Features
- Custom Date Selection: Choose the exact time period you need.
- Advanced Search Filters: Filter by transaction ID or phone number.
- Flexible Access: View statements online or download them for later use.
Important Notice
- All successfully completed requests will be available for 24 hours only. After this period, you will need to submit a new request.
- You can access call records for up to 30 days.
- You can access MoMo statements for up to 3 months (90 days).
