Launch myMTN app > Select Broadband to check available balance

USSD

1. Dial *5057# on the paired/linked MTN number
2. Select option 3 "Check Balance" and follow prompt

Web portal

You can visit https://fibrebroadband.mtn.com.gh

1. Login with paired MTN number or paired email address
2. Enter four zeroes “0000”
3. An OTP will be triggered either via SMS or email
4. Enter OTP as pin to login to the Broadband Portal
5. Select INFO
6. Choose Airtime to check your airtime balance
7. Choose Bundle to check your data bundle balance
