Why do I not qualify for a loan?

Wondering why you cannot access a loan? Below are some reasons why you may not qualify:

  1. If you have an outstanding loan balance.
  2. How long you have been on the MTN network as well as your MTN Mobile Money and Airtime usage.
  3. Late payment of previous loan requests.
  4. If you are currently not fully registered in the ongoing SIM registration exercise
  5. If your MoMo registration details with us are incorrect or incomplete.
  6. If you are below 18 years.
