Wondering why you cannot access a loan? Below are some reasons why you may not qualify:
- If you have an outstanding loan balance.
- How long you have been on the MTN network as well as your MTN Mobile Money and Airtime usage.
- Late payment of previous loan requests.
- If you are currently not fully registered in the ongoing SIM registration exercise
- If your MoMo registration details with us are incorrect or incomplete.
- If you are below 18 years.

What was the cause
I have settled my quick loan on 27th with will be due on 31st of this month but when trying to get a new loan I get a notification that am not qualified for it. Please I want to know why
