Do Not Disturb

Do Not Disturb service allows customers to block out any unwanted or unsolicited SMS to their numbers with no charges.

Customers have option of stopping messages, allowing messages and checking blocked list using below options.

1. To stop receiving SMS:

   send Block with number, short codes or customized  name to short code 1309

e.g. Block Jumia send to 1309/ Block 1444 send to 1309

2. To start receiving SMS:

Send Allow number, short codes or customized name to short code 1309

e.g Allow Jumia to 1309/ Allow 1444 to 1309

3. Send Check to 1309 to View Blocked List
