MyMTN App

Mobile Money registration has been made a lot easier via MyMTN App. Download the App is you do not have it installed.

Select MoMo feature once the sim card used in accessing the App is not registered on MoMo and follow the prompt to register.

We can help you get connected wherever you are. Simply click on the link below https://mtncustomeronlinerequest.mtn.com.gh/Home, select and complete MOBILE MONEY REGISTRATION FORM. Once completed, share ticket number with us via any of our online channels for assistance.

Service Center

Visit any MTN service center or authorized agent with a valid national ID to be registered on MoMo.

An SMS notification from Mobile Money will be sent to your number once registration is complete
