Yes, you can do that easily by following the simple steps;
- Dial *170#
- Select Option 1 to ‘Transfer Money’
- Select 5 for ‘Other Networks’
- Select the ‘Receiving Network’ (i.e. AirtelTigo, Vodafone etc.)
- Enter ‘Mobile Number’
- Confirm ‘Mobile Number’
- Enter ‘Amount’
- Enter ‘Reference ID’
- Enter ‘Mobile Money Pin Code’
- Sender and Receiver get a MoMo notification for a successful transfer

Sometimes, MTN are being selfish for not allowing sending momo to other networks. The feedback given is "failed system not available".
But sending Momo to MTN user is allowed at that moment.
Why?
Because their greedy
