How do I request for my data usage history?

Requesting for your data usage history has never been easier. Simply follow below steps to have your data usage record sent to your email at zero charge.

1. Dial *1333#

2. Select option 1 to Access Services

3. Enter your current pin

4. Select option 6 for Itemized Requests

5. Select option 2 for Data Itemized Bill

6. Enter your email address

7. Confirm your email address

8. Enter Bill start date in the format DD MM YYYY

9. Enter Bill end date in the format DD MM YYYY

10. Select 1 to Confirm and bill will be shared within an hour of request.

If you have not set your Self-service pin, please register for it when you dial *1333# .
