MyMTN App

1. Launch MyMTN App
2. Select MoMo feature
3. Enter MoMo pin
4. Enter OTP
5. Select My Wallet
6. Select Change Pin
7. Enter current MoMo pin
8. Enter New MoMo pin

First, add a recovery number;

1. Dial *170#
2. Select option 6 for My Wallet
3. Select option 6 for Change & Reset PIN
4. Select option 2 to Reset Pin
5. Select option 1 for Self PIN Reset
6. Select option 1 to Add Recovery Contact
7. Enter MM pin to confirm
8. Enter OTP
9. SMS will be sent for confirmation

To reset the pin after adding the recovery number, here's how!

1. Dial *170#
2. Select option 6 for My Wallet
3. Select option 6 for Change & Reset PIN
4. Select option 2 to reset pin
5. Select option 1 for Self PIN Reset
6. Select option 4 for PIN Reset
