Redlight indication means your turbonet is not receiving network connection from the Mobile SIM. Follow these easy steps below to remedy issue.
- Turn off the TurboNet
- Eject SIM card from TurboNet and re-insert properly into the SIM slot
- Turn on the turbonet and check
- If the above fails, press and hold the reset button for 10secs to reset the TurboNet. Please note that the reset your change your password credentials to default
- Please call or chat us with your device details via any of our digital channels if the issue persist.

I have reset the turbonet a dozen times already but nothing changed.

Same here since couple of months now..
I reset the turbo net and now there is a red light but my sim is valid
