Need your Agent MoMo statement? Get it straight from your phone—no queues, no hassle!
Just make sure you're using the same number linked to your Agent or Merchant registration.
For MoMo Agents:
Follow these steps to request your Agent statement:
- Dial *170#
- Select 6 – My Wallet
- Choose 5 – Statements
- Select 2 – Agent or Merchant Statement
- Choose the Agent account linked to your number
- Enter your MoMo PIN
- Enter and confirm your email address
- Enter the Start Date (statements can go back up to 2 years)
- Enter the End Date (must be today or earlier)
- Confirm the request by selecting 1
✅ Your Agent statement will be sent to the email address you provided.
