The owner of the account should kindly send a mail to mtnbusiness.gh@mtn.com requesting to change the ownership of fibre broadband account.
The mail should clearly state the reason for the change in ownership, the location of the fibre broadband account, state the name and contact of the current owner and the name and contact of the new owner.
Attach the Ghana cards of both the old and new owners.
Once these details are provided an agent will contact you to verify the details and complete the request.
