How do I unfreeze my Fibre Broadband data?

You can unfreeze your FBB account manually after 24 hours of freezing.

1. Dial *5057#

2. Select Broadband Number to proceed

3. Select Option 4 to Manage Account

4. Select Option 1 to view Freeze Options

Because the account is frozen, the option to now Activate will be displayed
