- Launch MyMTN App
- Select MoMo feature
- Select Statement
- Enter pin
- Enter OTP
- View statement
Click For Android to download the MyMTN app for Android
Click For iPhone to download the MyMTN app for iPhone

- Dial *170#
- Select option 6 'My Wallet'
- Select option 5 ' Statements'
- Select option 1 'Statement Request'
- Enter MM pin
- Enter valid email address
- Confirm email address
- Enter start Date of Request (Day Month Year)
- Enter end Date of Request (Day Month Year)
- The statement will be sent to your email shortly after request.

Please if I enter my momo pin. I received massage my momo pin is incorrect. Why please
I had reactivated my momo wallet but when I send money it would not go through, why?
