I can not access roaming, what could be the challenge?

Ooops! Your challenge could be due to any of below issues;

1. Insufficient airtime balance
2. Expired Number
3. Not connected to roaming partner

Here are some tips on what can be done to remedy the challenge;

1. Contact a relative/friend in Ghana to top up your account to reactivate the number
2. Restart phone to automatically connect to roaming partner
3. Go to settings >>select Mobile networks>>select Network operators>>choose select manually>>select available roaming partner>>restart your phone and try to make calls
