Loan disbursement and repayments will not attract the Levy if the institution disbursing the loan is registered with the GRA for Income tax or VAT.

I payed my MTN quick loan and took another one.
Later paid that same day and I'm told I have reached my limit so I should until 24hrs and try again.
Please any reason
