Yes. A customer can request for a refund in the event of a wrongful E-Levy charge (for instance transferring between one’s own bank account(s) or MoMo wallet(s)
For the refund to be completed, a customer must provide proof of identity(such as the Ghana card, Drivers’ license, Voters’ ID, NHIS Card, SSNIT Biometric ID, Passport) and the transaction ID.
In situations where customers fraudulently make a refund request, the GRA shall prosecute any person after the authority audits to verify the authenticity of the customer’s refund request.
This refund process is temporary and only valid until June 30, 2022.

I sent money to a different network that's in my name and it was 90.00. I was charged for E-levy and service fee. The tid is 19465068635. Besides that was my first transaction. How was that possible?
Anytime a send money from ghc10 to ghc50 I always charge e-lavy meanwhile we were told that from ghc100 and above so why are u taking tax if I send below ghc100?
