How does the Sika Save Savings and Investment work?

Updated

All your contributions will be split into 50% for savings and 50% investments. However, after sign-up you can change percentage split e.g. a 70% for savings and 30% for investment, the decision is yours.

    I have a problem with my SikaSave account…. A GH¢30 deduction was done on my investment account and up till now I still don't get the reason why and I have reported but up till now it's still the same as it…… any help please

    Sikasave deducted 100gh from my sikasave but haven't credited me with it.

    2. Can't withdraw my 200gh from my sikasave account for the past 3weeks.

    3. Have giving complain more that 6 times but to no avail?

    Complaint Regarding SikaSave and Sika Investment Transactions


    Dear MTN Team,


     

    Good morning.


     

    I would like to report an issue regarding recent transactions on my account.


     

    An amount of GHS 250 was deducted from my account into my SikaSave account as part of my weekly savings schedule. Additionally, GHS 500 was transferred into my Sika Investment account.


     

    I was able to successfully withdraw the GHS 250 from my SikaSave account. However, I have been unable to withdraw the GHS 500 from my Sika Investment account despite multiple attempts. Due to this, I proceeded to cancel the investment account, expecting a refund of the amount, but I am yet to receive it.
