It is a service that allows you to divert or forward your incoming calls to another phone number. The service is available for both prepaid and postpaid customer. However, you are not allowed to forward calls to international numbers.

Please, I have lost my sim. And I requesting a new sim card for more than a week. They can do it for me.
I am in outside Ghana, chatting from USA. So please., help me get a replacement sim card.
