How do I reset my Fibre broadband password?

Want to change your password on the broadband user portal? Just follow these simple steps:

1. Enter 192.168.100.1 into your browser and press enter.

2. It will lead you to an interface: enter "telecomadmin" and "admintelecom" (all lowercase) as the default username and password respectively.

3. Click on Log in.

4. You will see the service provisioning method. Select Exit to access the homepage. Click WLAN on the interface.

5. Navigate to Advanced > WLAN > 2.4G Basic Network Settings. Find WPA Pre-shared Key Field

6. Clear the current password and enter a new password.

7. Click on Apply to complete the changes.
