How do I get my puk number if my starter pack is missing?

PUK can be accessed on the MyMTN App. Select the More on the down right corner on the App, select My Account, scroll down to check your puk.

1. Chat Zigi on WhatsApp via 0554300000 
2. Request for OTP/Continue as guests
3. Select Get PUK

Alternatively, follow below procedure to request for your puk via the self service option:

1. Dial *1333#
2. Select option 1 to 'Access Services'
3. Enter your current PIN
4. Select option 4 to 'Get your PUK'
5. Select option 1 to 'Request for PUK for self'
6. Select option 1 to confirm 'PUK request'
7. Enter Self-service PIN
8. If you have not set your Self-service pin, please register for it when you dial *1333#
