It’s very simple! Just dial *404# to link your Ghana Card with your number. After a successful linking, go to Google Play Store to download the GH SIM Self Reg to register your SIM in the comfort of your home.
I am currently not in Ghana, but I have my Ghana Card. How do I register my SIM?

I have also gone through the self registration process but after confirming payment the same challenge still persisted till now
