I have fully registered by sim card but my calls are barred. What should I do?

Once the sim card is fully registered, you will receive a message with your Full Name, Unique Code and B Cap: Yes. 

Once there is no B Cap: Yes, please visit any nearest MTN office to have your biometric details captured. Or download the GH SIM Self Reg App on Google Play store to capture your details.

Dial *400#, to check your registration status.

    i have exactly this same problem. I am fully registered but my sims cannot make calls. They remain barred.
