If you're using one of our older eSIM profiles from when MTN first introduced eSIM, please note that these profiles cannot be re-scanned even on the same device. They are no longer valid once deleted or removed.
However, if you recently requested an eSIM and accidentally deleted it, you may be able to re-scan the same profile on the same device only, provided the QR code is still valid.
You cannot scan it on a different phone.
