I have lost my sim card. Can I request for a sim replacement online?

Yes you can! We have made it simpler online using these quick procedure below. You only have to purchase a blank sim card and click on the link below;

  1. Enter Phone number
  2. Select SIM unavailable option
  3. Select SIM SWAP REQUEST
  4. Generate Forms
  5. Enter bio data details
  6. Proceed to submit your answers
  7. An SMS will be sent with Ticket Number

NB: You can follow up with Ticket Number via any of our digital channels if request is not completed after 24 hours
